24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Health Insurance Coverage:

Many health insurance policies offer reimbursement of a portion of fees.

A “superbill” will be provided to you on request.

Patients are responsible for their own insurance billing.

Charges are to be paid in full at the time of service.
