Visionary Craniosacral Work is a soothing, gentle hands-on therapeutic approach that works with the brain, the nervous system, and the craniosacral system to release tension on a very deep level. It offers a way to calmly and quietly go deep within and rest in your still, silent center. The craniosacral system includes the brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the bones and membranes of the cranium, as well as the spine and the sacrum. It is very effective in the treatment of a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
